Terms of Service

These terms cover online bookings and visits with Nuvex Auto Detailing in Cape Town. By booking on this site you agree to them.

Service

We provide mobile car detailing at the address you give us, within our coverage area (southern suburbs and surrounds). Final price can depend on vehicle size and paint condition (especially paint correction).

Bookings and payment

• Slots are held for a short time while you pay. Unpaid holds may be released.
• Payment is taken online through PayFast (card, Instant EFT and other methods PayFast offers).
• A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. You will see a confirmation page and may receive a PayFast receipt.
• Recurring plans: the first visit is paid at booking; later visits are booked and charged automatically a few days before, at the same day and time, unless you pause or cancel.

Changes and cancellations

WhatsApp us on 060 382 0151 as early as you can if you need to move or cancel. Same-day cancellations may forfeit the visit fee if we cannot rebook the slot — we’ll be fair where we can.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate contact and address details, and safe access to the vehicle with space to work around it.
• Remove valuables and tell us about any existing damage before we start.
• Ensure water and power access if we need them for your package (we’ll say when booking if required).

Results

We work carefully by hand. Paint correction results depend on the paint’s condition; some defects cannot be fully removed without risk. We’ll discuss limits before machine polishing where needed.

Liability

To the extent allowed by South African law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot be excluded.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
