Nuvex Auto Detailing (“we”, “us”), based in Cape Town’s southern suburbs, respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or book a detail, why we use it, and your rights under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Bookings: name, mobile number, optional email, street address and suburb, vehicle size, chosen service, date and time — so we can come to you, confirm the visit, and take payment.
Payments: card and Instant EFT details are entered on PayFast. We never see or store your full card number. We store payment confirmation references, amounts and status.
Recurring plans: if you choose a recurring detail, PayFast may keep a token so later visits can be charged with your consent. You can pause or cancel by WhatsApping us.
Site analytics: we count page views and approximate unique visitors with a first-party store on Cloudflare. We hash IP address + browser for the day; we do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
Technical: security and hosting logs needed to keep the site working.

We do not sell your personal information.

Why we use it (POPIA)

We process information to perform the booking contract, take payment, run the website, prevent abuse, and reply to WhatsApp or form messages. The Information Officer for this business is the business owner — contact us on WhatsApp at the number above.

Who we share with

PayFast — payment processing and (where used) tokenised recurring charges.
Cloudflare — hosting, security and first-party analytics storage.
Arcteligent — builds and maintains this site; may access booking systems only to support the service, not for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records: while the relationship lasts and then as required for tax and dispute records (typically up to 5 years). Analytics counters: rolling daily totals. Security logs: typically up to 90 days.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to processing, by WhatsApping us. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
